Our multicultural coaching program is an investment in professional effectiveness and personal empowerment.
Our team of multicultural coaches and leadership development experts helps our individual and corporate clients maximize effectiveness and empowerment in the multicultural workplace by providing executive Coaching, Continuous Learning and a supportive multicultural executive Community.
COACHING
There are many coaches out there. We are different. Our coaches are multicultural, committed to diversity and inclusive practices, and authors-speakers-researchers in multiculturalism and diversity. They have a solid foundation in general coaching / business principles as well as the personal and professional experience necessary to support each individual client. Our coaches also understand the political and economic requirements of business practice.
While conventional development programs are great, they often fail to address the particular issues women, LGBT and people of color encounter at work. Our coaches have literally written the book(s) on how to break through the glass ceiling and get folks off the sticky floors. They are professionals, managers, leaders, and entrepreneurs who have themselves succeeded in organizations and entrepreneurial activities, and are committed to sharing their insights with others.
As a Coaching client you get support to boost your effectiveness and empowerment through individual coaching, assessment activities, teleclasses, and tools.
Individual Coaching Sessions
- Set aside 60-90 minutes for each session
- Pre-work / assessments before each session
- Be prepared to take notes
- 1-2 weeks between sessions
Between Session Assignments
- Do homework, assessments
- Personal action steps
- Report about what you have learned

CONTINUOUS LEARNING AND WEBINARS
Clients continue to learn and grow by attending webinars, listening to our audio programs, and using resources provided by our team. Our team members are also researchers, faculty and consultants in multicultural leadership at major business schools – providing an external opportunity for continuous learning to our clients.
Webinars
Each webinar is a single 60-75 minute session that will be about how to deal with an issue or problem that clients have expressed a need to address. Every webinar includes presentation materials to download for the seminar. Once you have signed up for a class you will be sent instructions to your email account for how to connect.
