Privacy

Thank you for the trust you have placed in me, EQUEST and the Multicultural Coaching Network.  I respect your privacy. Any personal information I have collected via this website is for the sole purpose of providing you with quality services and products.

I will never rent, trade, or sell your email address with anyone. I will share your information with members of EQUEST and the Multicultural Coaching Network, as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order, or put you in contact with a coach or resource person. 

You may opt out of any future contacts from me at any time. You can opt out of contact with me at any time by contacting me via the email address or phone number given on my website and at the bottom of my email communications to you.

I take precautions to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online  and offline.
Wherever I collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and  transmitted to me in a secure way. In addition to using companies that use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, I also protect your information offline. Only employees and multicultural coaches who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted  access to personally identifiable information.

Teleclasses

When there is a specific fee associated with a teleclass, that fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.  It may not be transferred to a future class.  Speaking up during the live teleclasses serves as your authorization and release for EQUEST, Inc to record and use all class recordings for publication in electronic form, on CDs, and websites. You're welcome to participate without your name if you prefer.

Client Satisfaction

If after purchasing our services or products you find that they are not up to the quality you expect simply let us know in writing and we'll offer a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
