Empowerment. Effectiveness. Empathy.
Welcome to my website. Most likely we’ve met in a workshop, you’ve heard me speak (live or on CD), or you’ve read one of my books. Life school like you always wanted it. Fun! Easy! Done!
Competent, Committed Clients Overcoming Diversity Challenges
We know that you are smart, committed, talented, hardworking, and good at what you do. Moving to the next level requires not just competence but also clarity, integrity, relationships, values transparency, negotiation skills, and strategic handling of social-identity based conflicts.
We also know that our client organizations seeking to leverage diversity are challenged by old norms, behaviors and beliefs that distract people from doing high quality work in environments where everyone is respected, recognized and rewarded fairly for their contribution. We help our clients identify those barrier behaviors and beliefs so that everyone can focus on the goal.
